  • Compliance: An 'open' or 'unreviewed' DVIR is one that has either not been confirmed as repaired or repairs not necessary, OR not certified as safe or not safe to operate. There can only be one unreviewed DVIR per asset at once.
  • To create a new DVIR, touch the appropriate asset button.
  • Select the defective part from the provided list, and then select the corresponding defect from the popup window.
  • Before the start of your shift, touch any existing unreviewed DVIRs.
  • Review the "Corrective Action" section.
  • If you are satisfied with the corrective action and the general vehicle condition, add a remark, and touch [Safe to operate].
