1- Download the report attached.
2- Access the database and select “Reports View” under administration.
3- Click Add Excel File.
4- Drag and Drop the report to the drop area.
5- Click on the E-mail report section and enable the first two options
6- Under Additional Report Options, you can set the preferred time period to receive the notification based on due date, and specify the rule assigned to each report.*
7- Once Done, please click “Save”.
8- To setup notification receivers complete the “Email Receivers” field.
9- If you wish to setup different dates to receive the maintenance notification for the other maintenance reminders, you can import the report again to the system and follow steps 5-7 only.
* The report is designed to only send when a maintenance is due for a vehicle, clients will not receive the report if maintenance is not required.
