- Powerful and easy to use interface to easily manage driver log books and inspection reports.
- Managers avoid messy paperwork and ensure compliance.
- Intuitive system to automatically update and warn managers and drivers on violations.
- Shows the remaining time for all 4 rules
- The blue bar on top shows remaining driving time left.
- Driver can manually select status or begin driving and status automatically changes to "D"
- View one 24-hr period at a time. Use arrows to view other days
- Bars on grid are color coded
- Grey: Unverified logs
- Green: Verified logs
- Yellow: Edited logs
- Red: Driving in violation
- Shows summary of RODS (Record of Duty Status) for the past 7/8 days.
- Touch a duty status to view details or add an annotation.
- If a driver attempts to logout while having any unverified logs, they will be asked if they wish to verify before logging out.
- Compliance: At the beginning of the driver’s shift, the driver reviews any open report, and notes if the vehicle is safe to operate or not.
- Compliance: An 'open' or 'unreviewed' DVIR is one that has either not been confirmed as repaired or repairs not necessary, OR not certified as safe or not safe to operate. There can only be one unreviewed DVIR per asset at once.
- To create a new DVIR, touch the appropriate asset button.
- Select the defective part from the provided list, and then select the corresponding defect from the popup window.
- Before the start of your shift, touch any existing unreviewed DVIRs.
- Review the "Corrective Action" section.
- If you are satisfied with the corrective action and the general vehicle condition, add a remark, and touch [Safe to operate].
