Answer for Unable to log in to Geotab Database

If you are unable to log in to the Geotab database, please complete the steps below:  
  • 1. Are you using a bookmark or a shortcut to access the database? If yes, please recreate the shortcut or the bookmark by accessing the database by clicking on Geotab website ‘my.geotab.com’.
  • 2. If step 1 didn’t work, clear cache and cookies:
For Chrome: 
  1. Click on
  2. Click on history
  3. Click on clear browsing data
  4. Check-mark Cookies and other site and plug-in data & Cached images and files
  5. Click on clear browsing data
For Internet Explorer: 
  1. Click on
  2. Click on Internet options
  3. Click on delete under browsing history
  4. Check-mark Cache, offline content check and cookies
  5. Click Delete
  6. Click Ok
